Tasuta Transport Üle Eesti

 

Kauba kohaletoimetamine on tasuta üle Eesti. 

Kauba transport Balti riikidesse (Läti, Leedu), Soome ning Suurbritanniasse on väikese tasu eest, mis arvutatakse automaatselt ostukärus vastavalt tootele. 

Transpordiks eelnevalt mitte nimetatud riikides palume võtta ühendust telefoni, emaili või jutukasti teel.   

 

Tagastamine

Me loodame, et Te olete meilt ostetud tootega rahul; kui see aga ei vasta Teie ootustele või kui olete saanud vale toote, palun võtke meiega ühendust 14 päeva jooksul kauba kättesaamisest toote vahetamiseks uue eksemplari või vautšeri vastu.

Nordic Design Home katab nii vale või puuduliku toote tagastamise või vahetamisega seonduvad postikulud kui ka Eestisiseselt toote tagastamisega seotud kulud juhul kui klient ostu osas ümber mõtleb. Välismaal on meelemuutusest tulenenud tagastus tasuline ning võrdub esialgse toote transporditasuga.

Kui kaup saabub originaalpakendis ning ilma vigastusteta, saadetakse soovitud asendustoode/tooted või vautšer kliendile koheselt.

Juhul kui kaubal tuvastatakse kliendi poolt tekitatud vigastusi, jätab Nordic Design Home endale õiguse kaupa mitte vahetada.

 

Vigane, puudulik või kahjustatud toode

Vahel võib juhtuda, et erinevatel põhjustel saabub kliendile vigane, puudulik või kahjustatud toode. Sellisel juhul asendame kauba veatu eksemplatiga esimesel võimalusel. Kui juhtub, et toode on välja müüdud, pakume alternatiivi.

Tellimuse saabumisel palume kauba koheselt üle kontrollida. Kui kaubal leidub defekt, tuleb sellest tarnijat esimesel võimalusel teavitada kliendile sobiva kanali teel (email info@nordicdesignhome.ee, telefonil +37256467779, veebilehe jutukast või Facebook’i leht).  

Kui kaebus aktsepteeritakse, saadab Nordic Design Home kliendile postisedeli printimiseks ning pakile kinnitamiseks, seejärel korraldab Nordic Design Home tootele järele tulemise kullerfirma poolt.  

 

Garantii ja tagastamine

Kauba kättesaamisel peab klient koheselt korralikult kontrollima, et kaubal ei esineks defekte. Kui kaup on vigane või puudulik ning klient soovib toodet tagastada, peab ta sellest esimesel võimalusel tarnijat teavitama.

Defektiga või puudulikku toodet on võimalik vaid ümber vahetada ning mitte tagastada. Toote vahetamiseks tuleb soovist esmalt tarnijat teavitada kliendile sobiva kanali teel (email info@nordicdesignhome.ee, telefonil +37256467779, veebilehe jutukast või Facebook’i leht).  Seejärel saadab Nordic Design Home kliendile postisedeli printimiseks ning pakile kinnitamiseks ning korraldab tootele järele tulemise kullerfirma poolt.  

Vahetamiseks tuleb toode saata originaalpakendis tagasi saatja aadressile, kauba kohalejõudmisel kontrollib tarnija kauba defektsust ning kaebuse rahuldamisel saadetakse klientile uus toode. Kaebuse rahuldamise juhul katab Nordic Design Home postikulud standardsummas. Juhul kui laos ei ole uut eksemplari, võib klient valida asendustoote(d) kõne all oleva kauba väärtuses; kui klient ei leia sobivat asenduskaupa, tagastab Nordic Design Home kliendile raha toote ning postikulude eest 7 tööpäeva jooksul.

Nordic Design Home tooted vastavad Euroopa Liidu seadusandlusele.

 

Nõuded ja nõuete piirangud

Tarnija poolt välja makstav rahaline kahjutasu piirdub kaebuse all oleva toote maksumusega.

Delivery

All domestic deliveries within Estonia are free of charge. 
Delivery within the Baltic region (Latvia and Lithuania), Finland and Great Britain carry a small charge which will be added in the shopping cart and is item specific. 
For deliveries not listed above please get in touch via phone, email or messenger to obtain delivery cost to be added to the price stated on the website.

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not as desired or the item differs from the product purchased, simply contact us by email info@nordicdesignhome.ee within 14 days of receipt for a no-quibble exchange or credit voucher.

Postage for goods returned to exchange or for credit voucher shall be paid for by the customer with the exchanged item delivered at the next date the item is available for delivery free of charge.

Item/s are the responsibility of the customer until delivery is accepted by Nordic Design Home, should the item be received by Nordic Design Home with damage no exchange or credit will be given and the item/s returned to customer.

 

Faulty Product/ Damaged Item

We are really sorry if your product arrived damaged. We do use strong packaging, but sometimes damage can occur whilst your purchase is on its way to you. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can, or we will offer you an alternative. Collection and delivery costs of the replacement item are of course on us.

Upon receipt of delivery, proper examination of the goods must be carried out immediately.

If the buyer wants to claim a defect, the buyer shall immediately after the defect is discovered, inform Nordic Design Home thereof by email to info@nordicdesignhome.ee stating the nature of the defect with a photo.

If the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, and you do not complain as stated, you can no longer complain.

If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will email a postage note to be printed and liase between the customer and company collecting.

 

Warranty and returns

Upon delivery, proper examination of the goods must be carried out immediately.

If the buyer wants to claim a defect, the buyer shall immediately after the defect is discovered, inform Nordic Design Home thereof, stating the nature of the defect. If the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, and you do not complain as stated, you can no longer complain.

Complaints must be sent to Nordic Design Home within 48 hours from receiving the delivery (Sundays and Public holidays not included).

Defects in the goods sold will be remedied by the customer sending the good/s back to Nordic Design Home and the customer will receive a replacement.

If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will cover standard postage costs for the delivery of replacement goods and goods returned. If the product is no longer in stock, the amount paid will be credited within 7 days from receipt of faulty goods.

If the buyer contrary to expectation, receive a faulty item or an item that does not match the corresponding receipt, then please send an e-mail to info@nordicdesignhome.ee with information on complaints and photo of this. Order no. and / or receipt number.

We only process complaints that are sent to this email and have an attached photo. Complaints must be made no later than on delivery when it comes to partial loss or visible damage.

If an item is returned to Nordic Design Home due to a complaint and without Nordic Design Home’s written confirmation via e-mail, the customer must cover delivery costs on the return of faulty item\s

 

Product compliance and suitability

We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

Products from Nordic Design Home comply with EU legislation.

 

Liability and limitations of liability

A claim to Nordic Design Home cannot exceed the amount invoiced for the item sold.
